STRUCTURE STUDIES Tryptic digestion; separation of peptides by reversed phase HPLC; amino acid analysis; sequencing
DNA ANALYSES A GAC->CAC mutation at codon 94 of the alpha2 gene (Ref. 2)
STABILITY Mildly unstable
